As an Associate, you’ll be the engine behind our search process. You’ll conduct research, getting to know industries, organizations, and talent pools to uncover insights and opportunities. You will source, screen, and assess diverse executive-level candidates who can lead with impact. You will manage multiple project timelines, prepare client-ready materials, ensure every detail is buttoned up, and finally, you will collaborate closely with search leads, consultants, and clients to shape search strategies and deliver results.
You bring a bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, consulting, sales, or a related field; exceptional research, writing, and communication skills; a sharp eye for detail and a love of structured thinking; comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, accountable, can-do mindset. You are familiar with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office.
