Building on decades of market leadership, Greystone is accelerating its global growth and is seeking its next Vice President, Sales & Marketing to advance expansion and lead forward-thinking strategies.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, Sales & Marketing is a key member of Greystone’s senior leadership team, accountable for shaping and executing a global strategy that drives sustainable growth. This role provides strategic oversight across North America and international markets, ensuring alignment between domestic priorities and global objectives. The VP will oversee the continued expansion of Greystone’s international sales footprint, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, developing channel partnerships, and growing a scalable sales infrastructure that supports long-term growth. They will build trusted relationships with key customers and leverage market insights to guide product development, innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
Building on Greystone’s strong foundation, the Vice President will elevate a professional, process-driven sales function while introducing forward-looking practices to position the organization for its next stage of growth. Grounded in CRM adoption, disciplined pipeline management, and accurate forecasting, they will foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture and ensure marketing strategies effectively support sales objectives and brand positioning. As a senior leader, the VP will algin sales and marketing priorities with broader organizational goals, gaining a deep understanding of the business and contributing to a collective, consensus-driven culture. By investing in team development and leading a strategic, and results-oriented group, the VP will balance internal and external priorities, drive innovation, and enhance Greystone’s market leadership.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in building automation, HVAC, industrial instrumentation, or a related technical industry. They have led large, geographically dispersed teams often across international markets and have a proven ability to build and sustain relationships with key accounts, distribution partners, and stakeholders. A polished executive-level communicator they thrive in diverse cultural and business environments and can translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable results. Committed to team development, they are familiar with professional sales training frameworks such as Korn Ferry, Holden, or Miller Heiman. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required, and an MBA or advanced executive training would be a strong asset. This role requires significant domestic and international travel (up to 30%), reflecting the global scope of the position and the VP’s engagement with key markets and customers.
